Shipping terms and liability
Once an order has been dispatched Die Padstal Villiers uses The Courier Guy as courier partner, and delivery timelines are subject to their operational terms and service levels.
Courier delivery durations are estimates only and may range between 3-5 business days, depending on destination and courier routing.
Die Padstal Villiers is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or misplaced shipments caused by courier partners.
We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels where delivery has been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
Any claims for lost, delayed, damaged, or mis-delivered parcels must be submitted directly to the courier in accordance with their policies.
We charge a shipping fee of R120-00.
Courier order cancellations and changes
All cancellations or amendments on your courier orders needs to be submitted before the order has been shipped and can be done by emailing or calling us.
Delivery issues
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate outcome. Die Padstal Villiers is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Courier delays beyond our control
